This deposit goes towards the process of having a custom piece made for you. We'll discuss preferences, ideas, style and colour choices. The process is unique to everyone - sometimes people enjoy a very collaborative journey where we work together, and others enjoy just sitting back and relaxing without wanting to worry about too much.
The timeline can vary for a custom piece, but we generally recommend to allow 4-6 weeks. This also allows for us to acquire any stones we may need for the project that may not be in our current stock. Shipping usually takes about a week to all destinations, so we to advise to keep that in mind as well.
